Almost 5 years ago my wife and I won a month free gym voucher each and were told that we had to sign a contract in order to get the free month, stupidly we signed and within a 5 day period prior to signing we sent through a letter stating we wanted to cancel the contract as we were unable to afford it and we felt we were forced into signing it. So fastforward 4 years and I get a call from debt collecters stating I owe Plant Fitness 4 years worth of gym fees, I never used the gym once and did not receive any further communication from the gym since sending the cancellation letter. Being 4 years later, the letter had been discarded of as we moved houses twice. I feel this is totally unfair and seen I've had to pay the 'debt' I expect a reply and my money back.!!!
