Cancelled Contract and still being debited

My contract was ending in December of 2012, so in October 2012 I sent through the confirmation of cancellation, only to be debited in January for my yearly subscription and monthly fee, after a few phone calls and no one getting back to me the February debit order had come off.
I then went to the branch and spoke to Garth Williams and he ensured me he would sort it out, it is now April and i have still not been contacted and i am still being debited every month.

No one can give you a straight answer and they are merrily taking my money.
