Poor service and lost reports

I bought an eliptical trainer and after assembly and using the machine for about 10 minutes, it started making a noise. I contacted trojan logged the complaint and sent them all requested documents. After a week of not hearing from them i decided to contact them. They have all my details when i give my reference number but they still havent done anything regarding my query. If i knew that i had to go through all this trouble with faulty equipment then i would never have bought it in the first place. I will be returning the product to the store where i purchased it and ensure that i never purchase a exercise product from Trojan again as there are many products on the market. They claim to be the best and i somewhat agree but there aftermarket service is terrible. i will be taking my business elsewhere and if i look at all the complaints already on hello peter alone i will not recomend anybody to purchase there products.
