I went to Sportsman's warehouse to purchase Mizuno running shoes where I did not receive any help so I decided not to buy the shoes as n felt they were very pricey and I expected better service. I then searched the internet to find the company responsible for the retail of Mizuno in South Africa and came across Super Brands. I then spoke to Paul who is the brand manager for Mizuno and Skins. He told me to go to a specific shop where I would receive better service. I went to this shop and received excellent service but unfortunately the head office could not deliver my shoes in 2 weeks so I called Paul again. Instead of pointing me away, Paul then offered me 10% discount for the inconvenience and even shipped the shoes to my doorstep free of charge. Refreshingly good service in times when this does not exist. Well done!
