I cancelled my contract with planet fitness on the 18 May 2013. I had a contract with a monthly payment of R99.00. There was a sudden increase to R340.00 without any notice and not according to the contract. When I phone them they say that they have send out a letter to all the clients. I have not received anything. I then cancelled my contract. From May I am trying to cancelled the debit order but with no success. I contact them about 2 months ago and they said that I'll be credited the amount but nothing yet. I stopped the debit order at the bank and needless to say they just put it through 2 days later for an amount of R390.00. I contacted them again last week and left messages twice with Mpho and Louise as Chryslynn was not available. No response from them!!
