BILLING AND BAD ATTUDE

I have open a membership at virgin active almost 2 years ago, In the membership its state that i can cancel or freeze my membership anytime i please. and i have frozen my account October 2010 for 3 months to decide if i whether to continue or not. after that 3 months period i have decided sometime in march in 2011 that i want to cancel, I actually went to the store, witch is very close to me to cancel it. they took my card with them and i have no idea what they have done with it because nothing has happened i was aware that they where gonna take an amount of money to cancel it, NOT over the phone witch these guys do not understand. the reason why i say this is that, they never stopped billing me? and not just that, they are busy giving me the worst SERVICE ever and they are constantly shouting at me not giving me time to to complete my sentences. witch is very horrible. I really would not recommend virgin active horizon view to anyone. Anyways they telling me now that i never have closed my account. They told me that they would investigate, I GAVE THEM 3 months and they phoned me and told me i never canceled, (i have alot more vital INFO)
