For the past 2 weeks after swapping to bankmed medical aid and being told that I am entitled to a refund of R638 and numerous phonecalls to headoffice and my current gym Randburg down Malibongwe this amount has still not been paid and no individual is giving me any decent feedback nor timeframe on when I am to be paid. The last individual named Lesego in head office assured me it would be paid in days including work days and this was done on the 15th of February 2013. I would kindly like my refund as it is rightfully mine after being over charged as directly described by virgin "as a problem with the system and overlap of individuals swapping to bankmed after business partner discovery were no longer dealt with"
