I had purchased two t-shirts and wanted to return one that was size large for a smaller size. However, I was assisted by Cabanca. I had misplaced my receipt, but I had purchased the item on my account. She firstly said I needed my receipt. I asked if she could check on my account as it was purchased using my store card. She said unfortunately not because they cannot pick up a purchase made at another store with your store card. I found that to be very unbelievable because she could not pick it up. She told me that the shirt I wanted in size small I should pay for at the Gateway store and go back to the Phoenix Plaza store and return the large t-shirt, as I could not return that at the Gateway store as it was purchased at Phoenix Plaza. The manager (a black guy) told her to use the Phoenix store code and she can pick it up. I then managed to return the large for the small at the Gateway store after waiting for so long. I mentioned to Cabanca that she had learned something new because she would have caused me a big hassle to end up going back to the store I had initially bought the shirt at for no reason. Staff should be trained in order for the customer to not get the run around.
