NO RESPONSE!

So i have been trying to cancel my account for months now! I have sent numerous emails with no reply!
They only reply if its not about canceling your membership, I tested it and they replied back to another query that i put in. So far i have sent 6 emails via their inquiry form and no reply!! I am beyond angry!
