Astonished

On the 30th of January 2014, i was at Gym it was so full that there was no vacant equipment. i decided to chat to some of my friends while i waited, a gentleman had just finished his work out, as i was about to begin, a Lady approaches me with an attitude telling me she was suppose to go on the treadmill as calm as i could have possibly been i pardon myself and ask her where she was? because when i got here there was no one. in the middle of that she starts screaming and shouting at me and starts cursing in her words" YOU, GO YOURSELF AND VOETSEK" she swears me in front of the staff and the people at gym, when the manager tried to speak to her, she says i have had my turn what more do i want. she then comes to me and says if i have a problem i must go to the POLICE STATION and lay a charge and leave her alone. why cant i enjoy myself at gym because like her i do pay monthly, with out having to be harrased... if people act in this manner what protocol is in place to protect us from such kind of behavior? i am very disturbed by the incident. should she not be approached by management and spoken to about the rules that one need to adhere too?
