SAPS - the shame of our country

A girl got beaten up and stabbed yesterday, right in front of me. I locked her up inside my house to protect her from this guy who refused to leave and was also threatening my life. I dialled 112 and asked to be put through to ritavi police station, which is the nearest police station. The girl who answered the phone gave me attitude, telling me that there is no van available for such a petty incident, I should call an ambulance instead...

This is a case of attempted murder and intimidation yet the people at Ritavi police station couldn't be bothered. I guess they want a dead body before they react. I've recorded the conversation on my phone because I'm not gonna let this go. I have the girl's name too. I don't know the relevant ombudsman, tats why I came here, hoping that someone out there, will direct me to the relevant people to complain to.
