On the 14 January I sent an E-Mail to Portia Gwiji to Freeze my Contract effective in January, of which that was not Done. A Debit Order for R319-00 was submitted in My Bank account, and the Contract was not Frozen, I need a Refund of R319.00 plus they must Freeze the contract as they advised me.
