VIRGIN ACTIVE IS THE WORST

I now know why people hate taking out memeberships for the gym. I wanted to join the gym and got a sweet deal, their sales agent Thabiso said the monthly payment was R319 BUT... because of my medical aid I would get a 10% discount and pay R287 and there was a promotion for 3 months so i would get a further 25% discount and pay R215. Not all that glitters is gold, i have had my 2nd debit for R319 after the 1st month was botched up by the company, i was left overdrawn, the payment returned, i was charged a return debit of R120!!! Today i call at 8.10amand speak to Zuifar who tells me he person handling my account is Charlain and she only starts at 8.30am and once she walks in this will be priority! I have not received any call to date or an explanation of why or how this is happening. They perpetuate the idea that gyms are a rip-off!!! thouroughly displeased with the fake advertising; poor service and unprofessional client service and accounting skills!
