Planet Fitness customer service!!!

Last year I complained about Planet Fitness on this website. I have been trying to get off the Planet Fitness contract for over a year now! I sent them an e-mail to get me off - cause I had moved. They didn't. Instead, they continued to take money from my account for months after. Someone from their customer service contacted me and promised to pay me back and close my account. One of the managers closed an incorrect account and when I corrected that, she told me she had resigned and passed me on. The next manager asked for all the info again. Also later told me she had resigned and passed me on. The current manager also asked for all the info... It's well over six months and she still won't close the account. In the meantime I have their debt collectors on mym case, and every time they advise "sisi you're not the only one - just pay this thing cause it's growing now..." What on earth is that??? I'm so done with Planet Fitness I will NEVER recommend it to ANYONE whatsoever! I have now found a nearby PF gym, but I will so not join them! Ever!
