I was a bit late to pay my account so I went into arrears, When I settled my entire account I could not gym an entire month without trying to explain that I did settle the amount. Virgin Active went and deducted the amount on the wrong contract. So every time I went to the gym they said I cannot enter because the amount was not paid. This is unacceptable. I emailed Rifqa Saban at the Member Service Department the day I made the payment and the person did not even respond. Rifqa only responded today (20days after) when I emailed to tell that I am making a complaint.
