Cheeky call agent!! Very offensive and rude!

I got a call just after 11:30 AM on Thursday, May 23rd, by one very cheeky call agent. I had previously inquired about the price in order for me, a Discovery member, to reactivate my account at the gym, in Centurion. The second call agent that called me actually sent me the information, thank you very much to her. Other than the ridiculous cost of almost R1000.00 to activate an account with a gym im supposed to have benefits with, I too, have daily activities, such as a job, just like this morning's call agent. So when i get a call from an unknown number, and get asked 'what I am so busy with that I cannot come in now and activate my account? ' with quite the cheeky attitude, I don't appreciate that at all. Am I perhaps being taken for a fool? Is it because I sound young over the phone? Having graduated with a Degree in Management, I know for a fact, that this kind of service is unacceptable and disrespectful! I may just be a 'potential' customer, but you can definitely rely on me to NOT promote the vision and mission of Virgin Active.
