Bad service and incorrect billing

I had cancelled my contract in May 2013. I was told that I would have 4 months in which I could move the contract to another branch and not have to pay the initiation fee. I went to the Sunninghill gym early in September 2013 and was put through to the call center as I had some questions. After hearing what the agent had to say I did not want to begin the contract again. I was asked if they could start me off in Sunninghill and my response was "No". However I am now being billed by Virgin Active who are now debiting my account. I went onto the Virgin Active site and sent through an email, which then showed that an agent will be in touch with me later on. I was not contacted but instead sent an email to thank me for my input. This did not make sense to me. I then tried calling the call center but have been on hold for more than 15 minutes. I would like my account credited with immediate effect.
