Two years ago I didn't renew my cash membership. That means I'm not a member any more. Today I get an SMS that I'm in arrears. I'm not in arrears, I'm just not a member any more. That's not the same thing.

Have someone call me to sort this please. You have my number: in fact someone phoned recently to see if I wanted to renew for the next year. DOH! - I pointed out I hadn't renewed for the last two years.
