Receptionist with no people skills

I have recently started going to profiles gym in Port Elizabeth, there is a tall lady with black hair that sometimes works at the reception area . the first incident I had with her was when I walked through she stared at me for at least 10seconds without saying hello and the eventually shouted it in a very rude manner as if I should be the one greeting her!! That is disgusting behavior and it makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. the second instance was when I went there yesterday on the 17/01/14 at 16:20 she saw me and refused to even notice me whilst having a fat chat with another staff member .this girl really needs people skills and needs to maybe even brush up on some good old manners!!! this makes me feel so uncomfortable and hesitant to even got there... its really disgusting!!!
