Planet Fitness
No aircon in spinning room

After writing a letter to the head office of Planet Fitness to report the non functioning of the air in the spinning room and reporting them on Hellopeter, it has not been repaired. There is NO ventilation in that room (only 1 door leading into the gym, no open window) and the sun shining is shining directly into the room. With 25 bicycles (often 25 spinners), the heat and humidity is UNHEALTHY!!! This has been going on for almost a year. Temperature in Witbank is currently 32* Celsius.
Is the health of the clients not important to the managers? Or have they sold enough long-term contracts so that they do not have to worry about this situation? I would like to have an answer, PLEASE!
