Shocked at the level of disperect

I am so disgusted at how I was treated by Christina Laing, a consultant that phoned me and started throwing wild and false accusations my direction. This poor girl has no listening skills whatsoever and its quite clear that her level of processing & understanding information is highly below average.
She phones me on my landline & she starts accusing me of avoiding phone calls from her - when handled by another consulted Precious - she read the cellphone number on the system & it was incorrect, first thing she could have verified. She went on to accusing me of avoiding to talk to her because according to her I apparently could not speak in my position, where she gets that info I wonder. All because I asked her to email me the statement so we could discuss this being on the same page - I couldn't even get that accross because she kept cutting me short. I feel totally belittled & humiliated, this girl is rude & she needs to learn some manners & acquire some people skills. I am in an industry where I work with people on a daily basis & I know how difficult customers can be, but you need to as a representative of the company, uphold its values, which I'm sure is to maintain a good name
