Membership Adjustment Letters - December 2013

Hi,

I have received a letter from the gym I use (which is Wanderers) regarding the adjusted rates. I enetered into a contract with PF in May 2012 for R150 pm for 3 years with an annual escaltion of inflation or 10%. Currently it is R164.00. New Rates suggest an increase of 120% to R356. How is this justified? I had signed a contract!!! Personnel at Wanderers do not much about this and it is becoming quite frustrating.

I have tried to Contact Customer Service & the call center Number in Illovo with no response and it is now becoming quite ANNOYING!!! I would like someone to respond to this query & sort this matter out as I believe that 120% is LUDICROUS!!!

I want a direct Contact line for a Manager in the Call Center!
