Being billed for Gym fees but i am not a membe

On the last day of December 2 amounts both with the Description PF Gym fees went through my account. I phoned the gym in centurion and they say that i am a member and went to the gym ONCE in June or July. I have never been billed for Gym Fee and now i get billed twice. I want the debit order to be stopped.
