Poor service/ incorrect billing

I have on numerous occassion, been billed for amounts that i have no knowledge about. i constantly have to enquire every month as to why i have been billed for new amounts . i was billed 2 times last month for amounts i have knowledge about, . i have no been billed 4 times this nov-dec . i constantly have to contact accounts, upon which the service i receive is beyond poor to say the least.
