Firstly, i have completed a two year contract with you, just to be told that if i "wish" to carry on i will have an increase, when i said i am happy to pay the same amount for the next five years your staff have the audacity to tell me thats the "rules". Then i swallowed the pill and carried on but now you have the cheek to go ahead without my permission and change the date of my debit orders. This is so unprofessional. When i get settled in the new year i will definetly be looking at some of your competitors.
