I recently accepted the black tag offer planet fitness offers. I signed a debit order form to allow the gym to deduct the R 99 agreed fee. The gym subsequently did not deduct a fee for the first month and I tried following up by visiting the gym and they said that it will still be deducted. I then received a sms stating that my account is in arrears. I then visited the gym and tried sorting it out, but they had no one there to assist me, just the reception. I then paid the penalty fee manually and left my details there so the admin department can phone me. Nothing happened. They then started deducting R199 from my account on random dates which I then just accepted. I then received a sms again saying that my account is in arrears. I phoned them in business hours to sort this out, and they could not assist me and gave me an email address to send my complaint to. I emailed and still there is no answer. I again went to the gym to sort this out and there was not one person that could assist me. There is money in my account at all times and they do have my banking details, I do not understand why they do not deduct and why they do not respond, very poor service. Reception also arrogant.
