Recently i changed from Table View branch to Wembley Square. i asked the lady who assisted me if there was a price difference between the 2. the lady said "oh i think there might be one but its small, like R479 to R515 or something, but someone will email you" the actual price difference is R100-which for someone on a tight budget is a MASSIVE difference!
i received NO email.
while receiving a service call from the call center/ to find out if i was happy with the service at wembley i told her about the query i was waiting on. she was super apologetic and told me to speak to the manager.
this morning the manager informed me that she couldnt help me because she didnt have the paperwork, that i would have signed for a price difference. she told me that no one would email about this. she also then told me if i was unhappy with the price i could go to a smaller gym! she told me she could only query my issue at 9am when the call center opened. its now 12pm and still no call-she never apologized, or tried to placate me in any way. simple "sorry i cant do anything" HOW CAN VIRGIN CHARGE A PERSON AN EXTRA R100 PER MONTH WITHOUT TELLING THEM!??? ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE
