Fierce- what a class!

I had such a good time during the Fierce Work-out. We had a fantastic instructor (I apologise for not knowing his name- I had a look at the schedule but one version says Adrian and the other Maureen.) He had great energy, took the time to properly demonstrate the steps and interacted with us throughout. I'm generally a very self-conscious person but he made me feel at ease. Thank you so much.
