I joined a fixed contract with Planet Fitness in 2011 and paid R4500 cash for 1 year and cancelled the contract at the end of 2011 because I had to relocate to Rustenburg where they don't have a branch but to my surprise they started to debit my STD bank account late last year (2012) and now my account is in arrears because of overdraft as I don't use it on a monthly basis.i need my refund and a cancellation of that unknown contract.
