Delayed and unprofessional response to contract

Mid Nov 2013, I submitted a letter explaining why I was terminating my contract at Planet Fitness Just Gym, Sterland Mall. I made it clear that I was moving out of PTA on the 30 of Nov and needed the settlement of my contract, specifically the termination of contract fee, handled by then. I returned to the gym after this, asked about the matter and was told it is probably being processed. After numerous unanswered emails and phone calls I made (via the 2 telephone numbers and the email address on the planet fitness justgym website) in order to find out what was going on and a month's subscription fee was deducted from my account; I got a call from a juliet, after 6pm on friday the 13th.she told me to pay an amount into an account ASAP. I was dissapointed with the fact that she did not apologise for waiting almost a month to handle the matter or that, because it took so long, I had to pay this month's subscription on top of my cancelation fee. She also did not say why my emails were being ignored. I emailed juliet to ask how much was due since she only sent me account details. But just as before, no response. Its frustrating and unprofessional after such great in house service
