Planet Fitness Witbank very poor staff

I have been a member of the gym for years. I am a bicycle adenturer who runs massive charity events to raise money for charity. I am attempting a world record in 12 months time. Just to understand the nature of what training means to me.
Something went wrong with my contract while I was on a solo expedition and they called to speak to me, i gave numerous numbers for them to contact while I was out of town. Had no feed back so asumed it was sorted. I went back to gym to try get back into the swing of things and was told by a miserable lady that I cant gym because i dont pay my fee's. I told the situation and had left all my cards at home, after about 10 minutes I managed to get into gym. We returned to fix and pay the balance and the systems were offline and I was told I cant train! I have been on debit order for years and all of a sudden now there is a problem and i was embarrased when they assumed insuffcient funds to pay! That is not the case. This is not the first time it has happened and there are numerous complaints from many Witbank users. The franchise is terrible and the staff are unfriendly and rude!
