P.F billing me and I am not member any more

Two months ago P.F started taking money from my bank account, 500 ZAR couple times a month stated PF Gym fee, although I have been P.F member from 2008. to 2009.!! My contract had ended properly with no irregularities so there is absolutely no reason for P.F to draw money from my account. I have called them and complained they agreed my contract is long expired and it is error they are billing me but they never sorted it out, ever time I get I promises that they will call me back and it never happens. My advice don't give them your bank account details if you can avoid it.
