I have left for the last 3 days messages at the Lynwood branch for Lizel the branch manager to phone me. Three months ago I spoke to her to cancel our black tag, they have taken from my account for the last 2 months for my wife and I, black tag money. I want my money back, this has not been my first complaint with them. I tried phoning there hq but it keeps on ringing
