TOUR BAG MANUFACTURING FAULT NOT REPLACED

I received a 9.5 Titleist Tour Bag beginning 2012 as a present. After a year the WHITE LEATHER on the side of the bag started to PEEL OFF VERY BADLY, it looks HORRIBLE. I took the bag to the pro shop and they send it to acushnet to get a replacement.

Acushnet didn't want to replace the bag!

I am very protective of my equipment and do look after it with great care

I do play a lot of big armature events and have been loyal to the brand for 10 years.

All the other players see the Horrible state of a relatively new product!

I think it is SHOCKING that they dint want to replace the bag as everyone that sees the bag can see that it is a manufacturing FAULT
