BAD PRODUCT!!!

I bought a samsung series 6 smart TV, the tv was in use for 1 month & had white lines running across the screen, i took it to the samsung smart care centre to be assessed, they confirmed it as the TV having a component default, My TV was replaced with a new 1 & in the very same month being September, i encountered the same problem with the TV, white lines running across the screen & the picture quality was poor, it would go dim & then go back to its colour. I took it back to the samsung smart care centre, this time they tell me they cant detect any fault on the TV yet the very same day i took it home, THE WHITE LINES WERE RIGHT THERE!! running across the screen. I only ever had samsung in my home, for me this is very disappointing, I am a consumer & i know what my rights are, if a product is less than 6 months old & has any fault on it, my options are REPAIR, REPLACE OR REFUND. A brand new TV cannot simply just do that. Isnt there a manufacturing default with that specific model i have? i do know it was discontinued as well. If this is not resolved, im going to report it to the consumer protection act.
