BEING WRONGFULLY BILLED

Many years ago I had a gym contract which had been settled and paid off. Suddenly, in October 2013, years after I had settled the account with Planet Fitness, they started subtracting fees from my account, not once a month, but up to three times a month. After been sent from pillar to post, I finally get hold of someone that can assist me. All the proof was sent to him stating that the account had been settled and he assured me that the gym would stop taking money off my account and I would be refunded. This was in November 2013... Well, that being said, I still have not received a single refund from Planet Fitness and they are STILL taking money off my account for a contract that I do not have with them. They are very quick to take your money but drag their feet when they are wrong and need to refund it. Never will I recommend that ANYONE join this gym due to their lack of service and inability to sort their problems out. Absolutely disgusted!
