Dear Wil-Riaan,

I hope this email finds you well. I want to request a immediate change of clubs back to national membership as of effect December 2013. I would greatly appreciate the assistance as my experience in Alice lane in comparison to the national clubs has been shocking. Today's experience has been the final straw. Having a PT (Tshepo Modipane) encourage sexist, derogatory conversation with his clients and having remarks directed at me is also a uniquely new Alice lane experience.
To name a few ounique Alice Lane experiences:
1. Ongoing water outage.
2. Doing group training in silence as the sound system does not work.
3. Spec's promised in club and not being in the club
4. Still awaiting my introduction work-up as a Alice Lane member aka dietician, personal trainer introduction??
5. Re-vamping my workout routine as to avoid the weight section due to the PT intimidation factor.
6. Having a PT joining in and encouraging disrespectful behaviour towards female
7. As a Founder member being invited to events that was executed 3 days before the invite reached me.
In summary the Alice Lane experience does not meet the basic operating standards of other clubs.
