I refer to the above matter and to my visit at the Virgin Active Classic, Alice Lane branch in Sandton on 10 September 2013.I am pleased to report that I am outright enthralled with this branch and in particular with the exceptional service I received upon my arrival with regard to two very informative managers, Ms. Danielle de Jong, membership manager and Ms. Magdel Vorster, fitness manager. With a warm welcome, I was escorted for a viewing around the club by Ms. Vorster. With much to say that I was tremendously overwhelmed with this manager's service relating to the product ranges, programs, equipment to the last detail. I then was attended to by Ms. de Jong and made me feel at ease and relaxed whilst explaining all the theoretical aspects of the membership and my wife's expired and newly renewed membership. It was fully described and well presented by her. Very content with my overall experience and with confidence, I am pleased to advise that I will definitely recommend these managers together with the club. I am looking forward to start my membership on an enthusiastic and positive basis. For anyone looking to join a health club, I insist that you kindly look into this club.
