Unauthorised debit - twice a month!

I would like to place a complaint against Planet Fitness.

2 years ago I had closed my subscription and they have now started attempting to debit subscriptions from my bank account, and I am no longer a member.

This is unacceptable. i have not been a member for 2 years, and the attempts at debiting my account is creating a financial problem, as attempts are occurring in the middle of the month, twice a month! If I am to be debited I should at least be able to utilize the facilities!
