Hair found in Wash Bottle

First of all let me explain, I am a muslim guy, and it is compulsory for me to was my private part after urinating, so when I was in the toilet there was jugs there put by virgin active to wash the private part with, only after I washed myself I then realise that in the bottle there was some hair inthe bottle, I think that thisis absolutley disgusting, especially the fact that its suppose to be the number 1 health and fitness club in south africa, I called them up and they accepted it is there fault after apologising but apologising is not gonna take back what happened, then they also said that they cannot garuntee that its gonna always be cleaned, this is deffinetley not the service that I expected, and I will take this further if I am not fully satisfied when this is over, I already gave my story to the daily vioce and they said they will be happy to make it there headlines, they just waiting for thego ahead and the pictures of what I found which I have.if I am not dealt with correctly andsatisfied surley i will take this further, because what made it worse when I spoke to kathrine the general manager of virgin active kc when I told her my story she actually had a smile on her face!
