Debiting whatever and whenever they want

Since December I have been debited 10 times on my account. Four of those times successful. The debit dates range from the 3rd, 27th, the 2nd, the 12th, and the 25th. My contract clearly states debiting is only allowed on the 1st of every month!!! The accounts person Juliettes dismissive response to me was "Just go to your bank and reverse it". I was then told that I owed R1068?? I paid the amount in cash and received 2 statements one for "arrears" and one for Monthly payment??? Apparently I am now in CREDIT of R1000 HOWEVER THEY ARE STILL DEBITING MY ACCOUNT ON THE 1ST OF FEBRUARY!!
In total since Dec 1 2012 I have paid R2020.00!!! My monthly fee is meant to be R426 ONLY!!!
I cannot get a straight answer out of anyone there, and what they say they are debiting is NOT what they are actually taking, they are dismissive and just don't care. I keep getting told a different story about why I get debited whenever they feel like debiting me AND was told I do not have a choice I HAVE to be debited I cannot choose to pay cash on the 25th of every month!!!

DISGUSTED AND BEYOND ANGRY. This is NO WAY to treat a client!!!
