This is my first time with Virgin active and i have had nothing but bad service from their staff and their head office. I started with Virgin active on the 23 of October and from day one, everytime that they swipe my card, i get told that i have not paid. Firstly this is exceptionally embarassing and secondly both my debit orders went off for them. I contacted their head office where they requested my bank statement to prove that the payments had been debited. I sent this on Monday and Tuesday, i have phoned them on four occassions and i have had no feedback from them. This is a fault on Virgin Active's accounts side, and not on mine, but i am the one who is constantly embarrassed. I cannot go to the gym until they have sorted this out because i cannot put myself through more embarassment. I feel that their service is ridiculous and i am exceptionally unhappy with them and will not suggest them to anyone.

I have paid for the month of November and i have not been able to gym this entire month. This is honestly the worst service i have ever received.
