How is this company still in business?!?!!???

Planet Fitness must be the worst provider in the service industry full stop, I have consistently called their call centre over the last 2 weeks and my call has never been answered. This has happened on previous occasions dealing with their head office. They are permanently "out of the office" if you try to call the Wanderers reception area to get through to Head Office.

So to test this, this past week I went to the Wanderers club, where I was in full view of the person I was looking for, called Head office to speak to him, and could see him completely ignoring the phone ringing next to him!!! Is this a strategy of theirs? I am trying to pay the settlement amount on this contract and save myself from ever having to deal with them again..
