Ignoring complaints

Excessively loud music in open gym area for small group of about 8 people. Appeals to the instructer - who refused to turn it down a bit, the front desk - smiled sweetly and did nothing, and the hotline to Manny R fell on (unsurprisingly deaf ears). No feedback received as yet after almost 6 days. I am a member of the Craighall Park gym, but they have been closed for renovations since about April - forcing us to spend extra time and petrol travelling to this unhelpful branch.
