I have had the most disturbing experience ever and that is after having been requested to visit Planet Fitness twice in the month of July due to the vitality conditions, I duly did this and now suddenly there is NO record that I had actually swiped at the gym, my word against theirs!!! I can assure you that I would not about something like this. Please ensure that the individual at the reception desk is actually swiping your disc or alternatively keep a record of your visits because you could find yourself in the same position!! The TRUTH has fallen on deaf ears and under NO circumstances will they grant me my visitation to the gym so I guess I will be cancelling my contract!!
