Considering zone fitness Lenasia? buy a home gym

I'm tired of speaking to the waste of time staff at the Lenz zone fitness. Tell me, how much of a loss must you be running at to not service the place.
The toilets are stained with water on the floors and no hand soap in the dispenser. Machines and equipment are permanently broken. The cables are snapped and serve no purpose as they make useless ornaments. I think its time we due for an upgrade, how can the bicycles be slipping when pedalling. The trainers seem more of a support group for gym junkies, permanently talking and joking. The weight area cannot accommodate the crowd and the dumbbells either have one set or none at all or no marking on it. No wonder the previous manager left.
According to the mixed up sex at the counter, I cannot cancel my membership as i'm tied up with a contract.
Don't bother replying with "our manager and operations manager will get back to you", I see enough complains and they still must be getting back if theres no correction.
