Refund still not paid - NAC001

I have been waiting for 3 weeks after Bradley Emmet had alleged the refund on the cancellation has been approved... even after supplying them with the banking details they subsequently never miss a debit on, nothing has been paid out.

The mere fact that this refund has not been paid, coupled with the sheer ignorance Platet Fitness are showing in ensuring this is expedited, is an indication of how little you care about your client's needs... and how little the time you give in handling queries. It is really an extremely and horrible experience I have been made to endure in Bradley Emmet's time as a manager in this shop... six months I had to wait for the cancellation, seems like another six months before this refund issue is sorted... yet, you never miss a debit on my account.

EXTREMELY PATHETIC SERVICE AND EXTORTION!!!
