I bought Vibram five figer running shoes and after a few races had severe problems with them, when i contacted Vibram they gave me excellent service and after checking out the problems and seeing that it was within warranty replaced it, i have never received such excellent and speedy service as they have given me, on top of it they are the most comfortable shoes to run in!
