Excellent Service Received

A had bought a pair of CAT shoes about 3 years ago. The shoes have metal hooks on the side of which the top one broke. I contacted CAT Footwear and received a quick reply from Terry-Lee at Medicus Shoes. She advised me to take the shoes to the store where I had bought them.
Unfortunately I did not have the receipt any more nor the box in which the shoes came.
Terry-Lee arranged for the shoes to be collected from my house, they couriered them down to PE, had them repaired and couriered the back to me.
Terry-Lee had really gone way beyond my expectations of service and I really can commend her (?). She is in my opinion a great asset to her company.
