I signed up with Virgin Active on 30 March 2013 at their greenstone branch.

When I started gymming at the club, I found:
1. The club is too busy and I have to wait long periods before using the machines
2. The weights section has 1 or 2 sets of many of the weights, so I have to wait long periods EVEN in quiet times
3. The clubs staff allow weights to around for hours before picking them up so I have to hunt for one of the 2 sets even if they aren't in use
4. The club is supposed to enforce a 20 minute maximum per person. I waited almost an hour the other day AFTER having brought it to the clubs attention!
5. I have had endless run-in's with their accounts department regarding payments not reflecting, overcharges etc.

I signed a debit order with VA and they have taken that as having a free pass to my bank account! Even after I rescinded the permission, they still try! I have gone to the police and my bank and they have confirmed this to be!

As an extremely unhappy client, I told them to cancel the contract, only to find out they once again wanted to rip me off.

Not only to I have a gym contract which I CANNOT use, I also have to PAY to get rid of it!

WHAT A DISGRACE!
